This automated stud end face Dot Peen Marking Machine is a specialized optimization for studs based on conventional desktop systems. It utilizes a loading chute for batch loading, reducing manual operation. Upon receiving a marking command, the machine automatically coordinates two sets of limit switches and a pneumatic ejector mechanism to automatically load, position, mark, and unload the studs, cycling continuously until the chute is empty or the emergency stop button is pressed. Unloading occurs solely by releasing the limit switches and gravity, with the marked studs falling down a glide path into a collection area. The Dot Peen Marking Machine is designed to improve marking efficiency for small workpieces like studs. Many customers using basic vise clamps for marking studs often spend more time securing and releasing the studs than marking them. Manually securing the studs can lead to inaccurate marking positions, deformation of text and graphics due to vibration, and even personal injury. The Pneumatic Dot Peen Marking Machine significantly improves marking efficiency while eliminating these issues. In addition to studs, small steel rods and bars, steel pipes, steel blocks and Other parts can also be used by simply customizing the diameter of the loading chute and the lower slide.
