Equipped with a 3mm high-smoothness Marking Needle, it operates at a low air pressure of only 0.3MPa, preventing surface collapse or shavings on soft gold bars and ensuring zero loss of net content per gram. The Thorx-7 controller supports custom font dot matrix layouts, easily printing the serial number, logo, channel code, and Other traceability information required for 1000g gold bars. The entire machine uses HIWIN20 guide rails and SMC solenoid valves to ensure consistent roundness and depth of single dots across the entire surface, making precious metal markings both anti-counterfeiting and aesthetically pleasing. For future upgrades to contactless, more precise permanent marking, a small Laser Marking Machine module can be quickly installed on the same rack, allowing for seamless switching between pneumatic and laser modes without replacing the entire machine.
